Engine one

Six functions. One discipline.

Speteor Command is structured around six defined commercial responsibilities. Each proposed mandate has one accountable owner, a record of every material step and a review before handover.

In motion

What an engagement looks like from inside.

Command works in your teams and tools. Every check, drift and sign-off becomes part of the record.

Why it's different

Not activity. Not advice. Ownership.

The proposed model begins where agencies and consultancies stop: accountable for the outcome, and answerable to the record.

An agency

Sells activity: campaigns shipped, hours logged, assets delivered. Whether the decision landed is often left unmeasured.

A consultancy

Sells recommendations. The work of carrying them through teams and channels stays with you.

Speteor Command

Takes responsibility for a scoped outcome, carries it through your teams and leaves a reviewable record of every material step.

What you keep

Every mandate ends with a record.

Written scope

The objective, the owner, the evidence and the review, agreed before work begins.

Evidence record

Every material step, who took it and when, recorded as it happened.

Review and handover

An assessment against the agreed criteria, with open matters made explicit.

Questions

About Command.

Is Speteor an agency or a consultancy?

Speteor’s proposed Command model emphasizes defined execution responsibilities, explicit scope, documentary evidence and structured review—not advisory recommendations or activity alone.

What does an engagement produce?

Deliverables depend on the agreed scope. They may include decision records, evidence registers, exception analyses, operational recommendations and structured handover documentation.

How does an engagement begin?

With a defined scope: the objective, the owner, the evidence each step will leave and how it will be reviewed. Work begins only once both sides agree it.

The decision is made. Now make it matter.

Bring us the challenge. We can begin by determining whether there is a clearly defined, responsible scope for discussion.
